About The Place

If you are looking for high-energy or restorative workouts that boost strength from the inside out, we're the Place for you! We’re creating a fresh space for movement with weekly mat Pilates, yoga, and dance cardio classes. Our classes mix low-impact training with light resistance, all to high-energy, upbeat music, tailored to every body and all fitness levels.

With our commitment to whole-body health, the Place is located on a 75-acre wellness campus that is home to Stone Bank Farm Market and Nourish Organic Juice Bar.

The Place was created through the collaborative efforts of Izzy Seidel and Piper Rosenheimer. Piper and Izzy both hold multiple mat Pilates certifications, and teach low impact, high intensity strength-building classes based on the foundations of the Mat Pilates Teacher Training developed by Fuze House in New York City. Come move with us and discover what your body is capable of.

Izzy Seidel

was once struck by lightning, and instead of frying her circuits, it supercharged her passion for movement. Her love affair with contemporary Pilates began in the vibrant chaos of NYC, where she discovered the joy of mixing classic moves with a modern twist, rooted in building the core. Izzy is all about high-energy sessions filled with upbeat music, and as a former Division 1 runner, she loves making a workout as low impact as possible to promote longevity. And her go-to coffee order? Anything decaf—because she’s already a little too high on life.

Piper Rosenheimer

loves all things working out, baking, mental health and just having a good time - think concerts, dancing, and all the outdoor activities. After graduating from the University of Denver, Piper lived in San Francisco and Chicago before she eventually followed her heart back to Lake Country - also known as the 8th wonder of the world. Piper’s energy is contagious, and her classes always pack a fun punch, paired with a little (or a lotta) burn. Always up for a workout or a laugh, Piper is passionate about spreading good vibes and helping others feel their best!

Amanda

Pilates Instructor

Born and raised in Oconomowoc, Amanda thrives in the outdoors, whether on a hike or just soaking up the sun on the water. She’s always had a passion for taking care of her body and Pilates does just that! Amanda loves pairing exercises that make you feel stronger, more balanced, confident and ready to take on anything, and her favorite movement in class is the classic burnout teaser. The only drink order that hits the spot for this Taurus––an extra dirty chai, without a doubt! Amanda’s favorite 2000’s banger has to be Maroon 5 - “Moves like Jagger,” and she can’t wait to move with you all!

Abigael

Yoga / Yogalates Instructor

Abigael recently made the move from LA to Wisco and we couldn’t be more excited to have her back in her home state. Her goal in class is to have everyone find ✨joy✨ through movement! She loves making every class an upbeat, positive environment to challenge yourself and feel a burn. Abigail is a free-spirited Sagittarius, and her favorite workout move is absolutely anything that works the obliques - or a fire plank series. Her fave early 2000s bop is “Work It” by Missy Elliott, and her go-to order: matcha with oat milk + honey !!

Jamie

Pilates Instructor

Lake Country born and bred, Jamie is a collector of one too many hobbies with Pilates being a favorite! If you don’t find her at the studio, odds are she’s out for a jog or floatin’ on a lake nearby. Jamie loves pairing a great bop to movements that test limits and have you feeling stronger than when you came in. This Virgo baby’s fav workout move is anything that gets the heart rate going…dare she say burpees?! Jamie’s go-to drink order - a regular cup of joe with some cream ‘n suga. Fav 2000’s bop - Black Eyed Peas “Let’s Get it Started” on REPEAT.

Kate

Yoga / Yogalates Instructor

Kate’s energy radiates like the sun on a Wisco summer day, and she teaches yoga classes with a focus on alignment, breath awareness, and mindful movement. She hopes to empower individuals to strengthen their mind, body, soul connection. This creative and caring Cancer enjoys working up to more challenging poses within a class, her favorite being a Flying Lizard. Her favorite early 2000s song to jam to is “Pocketful of Sunshine,” a song that’s rumored to be written about her. Go-to coffee order? An iced oat milk latte with a little pump of flavor depending on the day!

Kaitlyn

Yoga / Pilates Instructor

Kaitlyn is sweet with a little spice, and you’ll find her teaching a variety of classes from yoga to Pilates. Her classes are known to be challenging, spicy, and energy-driven - designed to transform both body and mindset. She blends grounding strength with uplifting energy, helping students feel both empowered and connected, and always brings a mix of intention, presence, and fire to every session. This Taurus loves a glute bridge, and her favorite Y2K song? “Suga Suga” by Baby Bash. After a hard session on the mat, Kaitlyn gravitates towards sipping on a cappuccino, or matcha latte.

Ange

Yoga / Dance Cardio Instructor

Ange, originally from the East Coast, found a piece of her heart in Wisco’s Lake Country, and we couldn’t be happier to have her uplifting energy at the Place. This Virgo girl can teach a variety from dance cardio to yoga. Her classes are known for being upbeat, fun, somatic, with a little sass, focusing on proper alignment and motivating people to feel comfortable in their own skin. Ange’s favorite workout move is a true burner––jump squats. And she loves a 2000s throwback from Lil Wayne like “A Milli.” You might find her grabbing a matcha latte, with a little extra matcha post-workout.

Courtney

Yogalates / Dance Cardio Instructor

Courtney, a Wisconsin girl through and through, loves empowering others to find movement in their bodies, and her goal is for students to leave class feeling balanced and strong both inside and out. She is skilled in teaching a variety of workouts, from dance cardio to yoga sculpt. Courtney is a confident and charismatic Leo, with her favorite workout move being double leg toe taps to get the abs on fire. When it comes to early 2000s jams, her favorite is “We Belong Together” by Mariah Carey. And a raspberry matcha never disappoints as her go-to pick-me-up drink.

Cheri

Yoga Instructor

Cheri is an expert at integrating mind-body connection in her flows to assist her students in discovering and achieving their highest potential. This Leo loves a workout that tests the core, and believes that there are uniquely inherent gifts within each of us that are just waiting to be ignited to align us with our personal power. Cheri’s favorite yoga classes to teach are Vinyasa Flow and Strengthening Flows—a twist on physical conditioning along with stretchy feel-good yoga practices. She loves a 2000s bop like Shakira’s “Hips Don’t Lie,” and her favorite afternoon treat has to be a Cold Brew with Salted Sweet cream foam.
