We’re located at Stone Bank Farm Market in the white building just to the right of the church. When you arrive, please follow the signs to the North gravel lot and park behind the greenhouses — the front lot is reserved for market shoppers. Once you’re parked, take the gravel path right to our studio doors. We can’t wait to see you.

We provide all of the equipment needed for our classes, such as mats, weights, blocks, balls, Bala Bangles, and resistance bands. We encourage you to bring your own water bottle and sweat towel, and any personal items that help you feel comfortable during your workout.

We understand that life can be unpredictable! Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel your class reservation up to 5 hours before the class start time with the option to use your class credit towards a future class. If you cancel within 5 hours, we cannot guarantee your class credit will be recouped, and clients will incur a $10 late fee. Missed classes will incur a $12 no-show fee and the class credit cannot be recouped.

We offer a diverse range of fitness classes designed to cater to all fitness levels and preferences. Our schedule includes yoga and mat Pilates, and most classes incorporate light weights and resistance. Our studio is not artificially heated or cooled, allowing the temperature to naturally range between 75º and 85º during the warmer months. In the cooler seasons, our radiant heated floor maintains a steady 75º, providing gentle warmth and comfort throughout class.

Yes, we offer a trial membership for new clients! This allows you to experience our studio and variety of classes for a limited time at a discounted rate. Our current intro offer includes two full for weeks of classes for $59. Additionally, we offer drop-in classes for those who prefer not to commit to a full membership. Check our Membership Options page for more details on our trial memberships and drop-in class pricing!

Yes! You can pause your membership for up to one month at a time, up to twice per year. If you ever need a longer break for medical reasons, just let us know and we’re happy to help.

Memberships renew automatically each month unless canceled in writing at least 30 days before your next billing date. All payments are non-refundable, and credits don’t roll over—so we always encourage you to make the most of your classes each month!

The Place does not currently have locker rooms so please plan accordingly. The studio has plenty of storage for coats and bags. Additionally, a restroom is conveniently located within the Farm Market for your use before and after class.

We know that capturing your practice can be motivating and fun, and we want to support that while making sure every client feels safe and comfortable in class. To keep the energy positive for all:

    1.    No other clients may appear in your video. Please be mindful of camera angles and ensure that you are the only person in the shot.

    2.    Filming is allowed only from the back row. This helps protect the privacy of other clients and minimizes disruption during class.

    3.    Check in with your instructor first. A quick thumbs-up ensures filming won’t affect the flow of class.

    4.    Keep it respectful. Filming should be short, discreet, and never interfere with instruction or the class experience.
