  • We offer a diverse range of fitness classes designed to cater to all fitness levels and preferences. Our schedule includes yoga, mat Pilates, and most classes incorporate light weights and resistance. You can check our Class Schedule page for the latest offerings and to find the right class for you!

  • We provide all of the equipment needed for our classes, such as mats, weights, blocks, balls, Bala Bangles, and resistance bands. We encourage you to bring your own water bottle and any personal items that help you feel comfortable during your workout.

  • We understand that life can be unpredictable! Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel your class reservation up to 10 hours before the class start time for a full refund or to reschedule. If you cancel within 10 hours, we cannot guarantee a refund. Missed classes will incur a $15 no-show fee and the class credit cannot be recouped.

  • Yes, we offer a trial membership for new clients! This allows you to experience our studio and variety of classes for a limited time at a discounted rate. Our current intro offer includes two full for weeks of classes for $59. Additionally, we offer drop-in classes for those who prefer not to commit to a full membership. Check our Membership Options page for more details on our trial memberships and drop-in class pricing!

  • The Place is located at the Stone Bank Farm Market in the white building to the right of the church. If the parking lot if full, please park behind the studio.

  • The Place does not currently have locker rooms so please plan accordingly. The studio has plenty of storage for coats and bags. Additionally, a restroom is conveniently located within the Farm Market for your use before and after class.
